Southampton spying compendium thread

Not forgetting 1990 but let’s not forget that Swindon were disqualified from the Piss Pot trophy this season for fielding an illegible player. The game was played and we beat Luton. Luton were reinstated and ironically went on to win the competition.

How serious are the Southampton cheating allegations?

Well Southampton had a bloke with a camera at Hull's training ground yesterday, allegedly!

Agreed. They should send someone to check on the two teams preparation/training to ensure they cover both bases... oh hang on...
 
It possibly will all come down to whether that bloke was acting on his own initiative or with the club's foreknowledge and blessing.

Canny shit for hull if the game is pushed back, I mean we proven going up via the playoffs isn’t the set back the media make it to be against the top two. However we’re a really well run outfit now, whoever goes up maybe even further behind if the game is pushed back more.
 
EFL announce hearing will take place on or before next Tuesday with play-off final going ahead as scheduled with a 430pm ko.

Contingency plans in place apparently depending on the result of that hearing

How does it even work for Wembley too, I mean I’m sure they are free for a few weeks or two but after that is it not booked out etc. f***ing huge can of worms all because the efl haven’t got the balls to bite the bullet either way.
