The new East Stand boxes...40 or so?


It will be existing boxes that are getting re-furbed - not new ones getting built. Theyve got 3 month to do them from next weekend before the start of the new season......something like this would take 2+ years and without doubt incorporate a full extension, theres been no planning docs submitted or anything as of yet

They do get quite a lot for their money and the chance to see the title clinched......

On the other hand its £10k for one game against Burnley 🤣 🤣
 
Stupid idea anyway. Sun will be in their eyes in the east stand

Serious note though, I reckon we would lose about 4/5 full rows and another 3/4 partial rows from the metal seats at the back between the pillars if we put boxes in to match the Monty.

If/when it happens the back 3 rows on the east stand will all become boxes so obviously thats about 200+ plus people who will need relocating. Question is, where..
 
There only minor refurbishments getting done new led signs upgrade to existing boxes ect nothing at all about box's in the East stand

Thought they would have done something about the legendary pink seats and complete the jet washing outside and inside the roof.
 
The number of seats you’d need to remove to put boxes in would make roughly the same amount of money 50 boxes would make except you wouldn’t need to provide the hospitality

Great news. We've been on the waiting list for ages. About 2 dozen corporate applicants ahead of us

So 40 new ones will likely clear the backlog

I've updated the entire company via Teams just now and sent some emails to the directors.
Might even send some invites to customers
