Zian Flemming - possible buy?

The three promoted clubs might be in for him but surely we are aiming higher than him? To be fair scored more than I thought but I still think he's a Championship forward.

That would be my rationale, not saying he should start for us at all, but as a backup or even 3rd choice striker could be worth a punt if it was a reasonable fee

There is equally as many better signings , Roy keane Harry Maguire Andy Robertson winjaldum Joe Cole Nathan ake Johnny Evans glen johnson Scott Parker Juninho Southgate Ravanelli Viduka the list is endless juts coz we signed some shit ones doenst mean there isn’t value or good players there

Can you give me any recent example that have be signed from relegated teams and done well?

Even then when there's 75+ players each year from relegated sides if one singular player does well tells you in the main they aren't good enough.

Those are lots of really old examples as well.

Ake is a fair shout as more relevant to football in 2026.

If Isidor or Mayenda were in that team with the game time Fleming has had they'd probably have similar if not better numbers
 
We like to buy undervalued players, where there is potential for their value to grow. This would be buying a player at 28 who has just had his best season, after being a good second tier player for years.

I'd take him if he was dirt cheap as a punt, I wouldn't spend real money on him though.
