He has posted racist bile on various threads and topics. A number of posts have been removed as far as I can see. I'm not sure what needs to happen for a permanent ban to be honest (though I'm sure we'll see another username pop up soon enough if so).

I would've thought between this post and the 'black foreign players need capping' thread, that would've been enough. His posts in politics threads are generally rotten as well.
