This time last year the same poster stated that if we didn't sack RLB before the playoffs, we would lose the semi final and be in the bottom half of the Championship this year...

Now he's saying that bottom half of the Premier League is below the minimum goal.

I wouldn't take him seriously. He's one of these "banter" posters.
 

To keep our very, very slim hopes of Europe alive we really need Palace to avoid defeat at Brentford tomorrow. As Palace have all eyes on their European final I think that’s very much a long shot.

We’d also need to win our last two and hope that the visitors get something at Fulham on the last day with Liverpool beating Brentford at home.

Was it something like Villa finishing fifth and winning the Europa? Then the bonus fifth UCL spot would shuffle down to sixth?

Yup, I get this - ‘ahhh we stayed up, that’ll do’ attitude, its a very poor league this season, qualification for Europe should be the minimum goal.
