Is Trai Hume good enough for the Prem?

He needs to be a squad player at best next season. So many promising positions ruined by him today.

Granted not his fault he's being asked to play so far up when he clearly can't but a couple were simple passes down the side of the defence and he was woeful with them.
I could see the reasoning of him starting but once it was clear we were the team looking to win I thought RLB could have brought an attacker on for Hume earlier.

Like you said, there were at least 2 breakaways which he could have done better in.

Overall. Class squad player to have.

To be fair to Hume he has done multi positions this season.
Guetrude today underlined the difference in quality where Hume needs to be.
He is the third best right back in the squad and if he remains at the club needs to be a squad player.

If Enzo is playing those two passes he under hit to Brobbey who was on the shoulder of the last defender, we probably score 2 goals.

He's a serviceable RB, although should never, ever start a game ahead of Geertruida in that position and isn't good enough on the ball going forward to be involved wide right, as was shown today with the above example.

Personally, I don't think our best 11 ever includes him.

It’s a tough one - he’s being asked to play a position that is not natural. First half thought he was excellent, second he proved he is more a defender.

There’s an argument Geerturida (if leaving as it’s reported) is playing himself into the window. Probs his best game today
