Club up for sale?


There's bound to be interest. We've been a huge success story in the footballing world this season.

I wonder if KLD would be happy with a big investor/s coming in to take us further and share the load??
 
No point getting uptight about stuff that one cannot control.
I wouldn't have thought they are far enough through their plans for it to happen anytime soon.

KLD and his bro' were practically brought up in the Boardroom at Marsailles when his Da owned the club. His Ma still has 5%.
If a very rich bloke wanted to own a club, owning one in the Prem is the top of the tree. He has that now, and a bunch of extremely savvy people around him. Why would the Louis-Dreyfus family want out? It makes no sense.
As for the doomsayers who argue that he could make a bomb, the top valuation SAFC would command is a few percent of his personal wealth. Not including his bro' and his Ma.
Everybody can have an opinion on this, but mine (informed by a conversation with a board member) is that the whole family is firmly committed to the club. Sartori might want to cash in, and given his wife's involvement with Monaco that might be a good thing if he bowed out to negate any conflict of interest when we are a European powerhouse!

KLD is a pragmatic businessman, and French football is financially fucked. Whereas we are in the land of milk and honey.

He bought a L1 club, spent a relatively small amount and built a PL club, he could make a mint if he wanted to mind. I hope not, we'll never have better owners.
 
I do chuckle on here that a lot do believe absolute drivel they come across on-line, if KLD sells us, so be it, mere mortals like us will be the last to know.

Some-one hoyed a link up the other day about a report in The Sun of all papers about some-one been sold and a lot on here took it as to be true, unbelievable Jeff
