Looks like it used to be a 5 bed house. A 9m long bedroom?
I would be looking at chopping that in 2, stick a wall on bedroom 3 and make a hallway down to ‘former bedroom 4’. That is probably what it originally looked like.

Just looks like a regular ex council house from outside. They've obviously spent a few quid and it's in a good location but in my opinion I have seen way better house for that price. It's almost like those overpriced ones you get down south

Agent is being a little disingenuous there saying planning permission for outbuildings. The land to the west (directly to front of farmhouse) has been identified as suitable to build on greenbelt land. 156 houses. Will completely ruin a beautiful area.
