Harvey Elliott

Loooked decent when he broke through and seemingly Villa signed a very good player, but it doesn’t seem to have happened for the lad. I don’t think he’s coming here.
Because if he plays 10 they are contractually obliged to buy him for a lot of money.
Then why did he not play say 9 games

Typical sort of player the straw clutching and barrel scraping fans go for
Ooh he played a few games for Liverpool ipso Facto he must be good
Emery is no mug. If the lad had anything at all he would have played him more

This. Decided after a handful of games he wasn't worth buying

It’s a stupidly low number of games really. Especially when starting off the bench

Was a baffling deal all round, and even more baffling they didn’t remove the clause in Jan
It's a shame for the player and poor from Aston Villa and Liverpool not to come to an agreement to take him back to Anfield.

Given that his contract expires this summer and is available on a free, how exactly are they going to use him as part of any deal?

Because it's still up to Liverpool where he goes and they'll just offer him to another club.

I'm not convinced his contract expires this summer either, where did you get that info? He signed a 5 year contract extension in 2022.
