Amad Diallo

Only Rigg will be here next season out of all of those names imo. We need step up in quality from those players to keep progressing. KLD doesn't want to hang around bottom half apparently for long.

Probably better as he is still relatively young and has yrs ahead of him.
Not sure who yours or other posters who indicate similar but hoping for an exciting few years at the club and see us try and kick on, they certainly don’t seem to mess about much these days.

Signed till 2030 last year mate...so it would take a massive offer.

Was signed for what, £19m rising to about £25m 5 years ago. He's shown he can perform in this country and is an established international now. Man United back in the CL and guaranteed to finish in the top 3 or 4. Even £50m could be a tad light of what they're asking for.
The Diallo ship has sailed. He was class partnered with Roberts under Mowbray, but his style doesn't suit Regis-ball at all. He's had a poor season too.

I don't think he's had a poor season mind. He was one of the very brights sparks for them before Carrick was appointed and that was mainly playing as a wing back under Amorim.

This obviously won't be happening mind but it is interesting to see what approach we take this summer. Are we ambitious and look to really kick on or just stick with what we think is enough?

Be interesting to see.

Bring him home, anyone against it needs to remember how class he was. Even in the prem, before Carrick came along he looked like Utd’s best player at times. Imagine him and Le Fee linking up together like a new Amad and Roberts. Having a player who loves and gets the club with his ability is worth every penny.

We couldn't make more than 1 name signing like this, in an ideal world we're looking for the next Amad.

I don't think it has sailed at all, infact I think we are in a good position to get him if United are interested in selling. Will demand a hefty fee ofcourse.

All hinges on what Man United view him as.

How many PL clubs do we think would be more appealing to him than us? Probably the 4 other Champions League clubs, Chelsea, Spurs, maybe Mags (?). I dunno each club's individual finances but I'd put us alongside Everton, the 3 Tory B clubs and Fulham. Ahead of Leeds simply cos we already love him.

They could offer him Europe yeah. He has made no secret that he likes us though so maybe if we sell him on the idea of pushing for europe we might get lucky with the connection established with us.

It is a pipe dream but I would say since he went back there, this summer is the most likely we've ever been to get him.

I agree like, it does feel unlikely but possible. He'd be perfect as well, still young, position of need, we know he can play at the level.
