Had a long bike ride today (over 58 miles), just over a week to go now. Logistics falling into place with the fundraiser, had a call with BLF earlier, and will be meeting Gemma Lowery and one of her team next week ahead of the bike ride.

Chris Waters called me and has been very helpful , hopefully there will be something about the fundraiser in Saturday's programme v Man United..

Day 21 of no beer for me tomorrow, not sure about the football.
