Away Teams Hotel

Seen Man u and Stoke along the prom around Roker and Sunderland when we were last in the Prem, this was 0930 in training kit. Dont think they would travel here, then back to the snake castle in the Dark hemisphere of eternia. and back for the game.
Yeh marriott was popular they prob had corporate arrangement. Saw pulis on the treadmill once

I'm sure I've seen pictures on socials of away teams on Newcastle quayside.

Mind you, I'm 99% certain Xhaka posted a picture of his family out for a walk on the town moor.
He lives Gosforth so probably the town moor. I didn’t recognise it as a Sunderland landmark

always used to stay in the Royal county in Durham

Would see them all in the Leisure club there when i was a member

Can't answer the OP specifically but I do know that many clubs have agreements in place with certain chains. Villa stay at the Malmaison in Birmingham before home games (Liverpool and Everton both stay at the Titanic hotel in the docks before their home games) and use the Malmaison in Manchester, Leeds and Newcastle when playing in or near those cities.

So basically, it's down to the individual club and the deals they have in place, rather than a one size fits all approach.

Yeh marriott was a favourite of cloughy too, it was where the legend on here who was trick or treating met him.

Be daft staying so close to a game nowadays.

Debate using there for coast to coast each year but hear its a bit of a shithole/britania?

Well known field
Used to have to run round that bastard on games days when it was too wet/icy/snowy for rugby. Horrible.

Sunderland have used there before games in Brum

Won the hotel cup now, f***ing gutted here.

In all seriousness, they really are a special breed of fuckwits and the prime example of superiority complex.

Back in the day, Arsene Wenger used Ramside for Arsenal.

Redworth Hall, between Shildon and Newton Aycliffe was a favourite for Arsenal for a while too. Can remember being in the hot tub in the spa when David Seaman and Martin Keown plonked themselves next to me one Thursday night. Goalie was good cracking laugh, Keown a boring **** but they both got a load of their lads to have their photos and autographs signed later on. I'll ask my youngest lad to dig them out but there's pictures of him, Seaman, Henry, Bergkamp, Viera, Alex Manniger, Parlour and a young lad called Ashley Cole.
