Back home from Northumberland first thing tomorrow morning. Have had a great weekend away, the weather has been lovely and I’ve forgotten all about Friday night although I expect I'll be reminded about it in no uncertain terms on my return to work on Tuesday!

Will be catching up on the household chores (sorry jobs), big shop and gardening that are usually reserved for a Sunday but might watch the Premier League match on Sky Sports Main Event later if I have the opportunity, will and inclination.

Was out training again earlier, not too far, around 22 miles, but a longer ride planned for tomorrow. Watched Chelsea v Leeds earlier, thought it was pretty comfortable for Chelsea tbh.

Had a good chat with @sismanhatton with an idea I'm working on for my bike ride, thanks for your help marra.

No beer or football for me on Monday.

Morning tvm, hope the article and posts on this Board get you well beyond your target. Now at Heathrow awaiting my flight, there has been champagne perhaps more to come, it's a 14 hour flight.
