Drinking in Sunderland City Centre - restored

Did Sheepfolds yesterday late afternoon, only time except for a quick pint before the Liverpool midweek match I’ve been in on a matchday. Was busy but easy enough to get a drink, really good atmosphere sat in the sun and saw a few Forest fans enjoying it as well. Walked over town after there and it was bouncing, everywhere seemed busy. Cooper Rose was packed and to get served was its usual nightmare self. Shows how much of a game changer the new bridge is because without it we’d have never drank north side, to walk over town and then come back on ourselves to the match.

Old skool, Club upside down, Bavaria, Rush and Berlin's are the previous names of the place that I remember.
Is that the auld Chemist opposite the auld Maxwells?
I remember when it was opening, someone said it was going to be a Flight Club and it sounded class based on their others. What follows wasn't quite the same

Speaking of which, something like an actual Flight Club would be class where the Muddler is now not opening.
If this is the same flight club set up as by Victoria Station in London. It’s seriously expensive in there and the number of posters whinging about beer prices in Sunderland nivver mind London makes me think it wadnt work.
