Your season

Most would have settled for survival on the last day.

The majority of the players we bought were unknown quantities but the likes of Roefs, Ballard and Sadiki have been excellent in their first season in the Premier League.

Xhaka, Reinaldo and Mukiele were players with far more pedigree and they have all been great. Le Fee and Alderete have also been excellent too.

Only Le Fee of those players would be in anyway considered to be an attacking player so we have built from the back and have been solid for 90% of the season with the odd blip.

I think you guys have had a great season. Avoided the first season relegation comfortably.

I think you will finish 11th 12th which is fantastic for your first season.

What were you hoping for at the start of the season?
Hoping for 17th in all honesty and a home win in the Derby.

I think next season will be harder than this, by some margin. I think at least two of the promoted teams will be straight back down, so we just need to make sure we aren't the ones finishing 18th.
Agree to a point - depends how our recruitment goes and who comes up I suppose.
Who do we think are most likely to stay up when promoted. Coventry Ipswich boro Millwall saints Wrexham hull?

After the signings we made and the way we set up, I expected a mid table finish with no threat of being in the relegation battle
Our pre season wasn't great. You're talking about after the season started if you're saying how we set up.

I was hopeful we were signing some crackers but I would have taken 17th prior to the season starting.

Mukiele didn't start until our 3rd game, I assume because he only signed then.

All down to the comings and going in the transfer window tbh.

Not really sure how? We'll be starting the summer transfer window in a far better position than last summer for a start.

Young players with a full pre season together. Plus two of our wingers (Angulo and Ta Bi) have barely played.

If we can hang onto all of the players, then the continuity in itself should see us have a decent season.

If we have to sell big players (Sadiki & Roefs) then it depends how well we invest in the replacements.

I'm worried we'll struggle to hold on to Brobbey and Roefs. I think we've been tremendously lucky this season and I'm worried that'll run out.

All straight back down except Southampton I reckon. Apparently Coventry are skint.
