Xhaka strikes me as a Keane or Gattuso type - hardman midfielder with insane standards and high expectations.

I’m not sure those type typically make good managers. They struggle with players who don’t meet their own high standards, and end up coming across as uncompromising.

Keane struggled with some of our players who couldn’t live up to his expectations.

I don't think he's as bad as Keane I don't think anyone is
