12 games. 9 goals includes 3 pens and a massive deflection

20 goals against.

Premier League Win Ratio 30% includes or 3 out of ten 2 or 3 wins against clearly struggling teams

Dumped out of the cup by a soon to be League 2 team.

Conceded 3 goals or more in 40 % of the fixtures

RLB might be the public facing persona of the management team but quite clearly he is grossly underperforming when left to his own devices.

If we don’t replace him we will be relegated next season.

He’s done a brilliant job but I honestly can’t see him taking us any further

Tactically he shows himself to be extremely naive and very rarely changes anything

A blind man could see they were pressing the life out of us last night and almost caught us out about 5 times but he still didnt change it.

A lot of the goals we concede are all the same aswell so that’s surely on him

Totally agree, and will be surprised if he's still here next season. KLD will know he's not the man to take us to the next level and you can't stand still in this league

It's a yes from me.

If we don't score another point we would be 22nd most successful promoted team out of the 98 teams promoted since the first premier League season.

From a team that was completely written off by everyone before he season started.

That's a big if too as think we'll get some more points out the last 4.

We would but no team should lose 5-0 at home. We all know it was contrived and we’ve gifted Forest the win, after seeing the hails back there’s no question about that, just lose 2-0 if we are going to fiddle it. They’ve embarrassed the club. Losing 5-0 at home is unacceptable.
I agree - it's a devestating result and unforgiveable but we're victims of our own success. Honestly, I - and most neutrals - would have expected a few of these results at the start of the season. The fact that we are so shocked and appalled by this result shows not only how far we've come but how quickly our expectations have shifted

I’m behind him but got a feeling these are ruthless and he’s gone. Could care less how good Forrest apparently where, that last night was inexcusable.

Im behind him as he has been more good than bad, but please play Enzo in the middle and put a natural winger on the left. I don’t say the same for the right as I believe Rigg is there currently on merit.

Sure. Last night was as a bad night but overall its been great and we've had a quality season.

We do tend to have our bad nights in style so you want improvement in that regards next season. It's fine losing but we tend to collapse when we have an offer night.

Bu there anything to suggest he can't take the flaws of the first season back in the Prem and learn from them next season and he's overachieved if anything so bring on next season.

I bloody love him. I think the players want to play for him.
My worry is.... if this season ends the way last season did (play offs not included) he may be in trouble. Its mad to think, but I genuinely think survival was never the target. That would be the bare minimum given the level of recruitment in both windows. Hope we finish top half. I think its what the board want.

he gets another season, worry is this looks like last season when we were destined to be in the play offs and looked awful for 5-6 matches, you then wonder if he can motivate the players

deserves another season - still likely finish mid season, its obvious progress

100% nobody is better who we could get at this moment in time, couple of difficult results, but let’s be honest, his job at the beginning of this season was survival in the pl, he’s done that with loads to spare. Next year, I assume, is consolidation and consistency, then it’ll be established pl football, maybe European qualifying and cup runs the year after. So in my head he’s done absolutely nowt wrong, given me a great season supporting the lads, and the future looks bright under him imho.

Can’t live in the past unfortunately. I’d thank him for his time and move him on. Making one change at half time summed him up and as the commentator said, an absolute cop out by taking the young lad. Can’t see us picking up another point this season, the spine of our team has fallen apart which was he mostly relied on, because all season we’ve been toothless at the other end. Need someone new to take us to the next level now.

Who else? A change would just be a short term sugar rush. If you listen to him in the pre match sessions he does know what’s needed to motivate a team. And he’s shown that in practice this season. Last night was Hume losing his man and the ball fluking in off his head and then Riefs playing silly buggers and losing the ball. That knocked the psychological stuffing out of them and Forest did not sit back … the rest is history. RLB will take us onwards keep the faith.

It’s becoming a far too common issue of not making subs when we should, and making incorrect subs.

Subs should have been made at the 30/35 minute mark, fuck the ‘let the players deal with it’ argument.

Why wasn’t Talbi, our best winger, brought on?

Why wasn’t Mayenda, who is very direct and can make things happen, brought on?

Why didn’t he either move Hume back to EB or replace him all together?

He’s done brilliant with us but his decisions leave a lot to be desired.

I'm not calling for his head but I'll not be entirely surprised if he gets peddled depending on the results, simply due to how ruthless KLD has shown himself to be.
Pretty much this for me anarl. I was fking steaming at half time but I’d still not sack him over that one game, however it’s not my decision so we will see..
