The fact there is a even a question or thread about is farcical imo.

The previous last 2 seasons the 6 teams who came up went back down.

To come through the play offs and have 46 points at this point of season is a outstanding achievement no ifs no buts
The fact everyone sees this as a shock result tells you how well he's done. Prior to the season, people thought everyone would hump us 5-0. He's done a very good job, and frankly, these things happen. Forest beat Brighton 7-0 last year at the same time of year (after getting beat 5-0 by Bournemouth the week prior), let's have a bit of perspective. Fluke results happen, especially against in-form, highly motivated sides who arguably shouldn't be where they are.
Full of common sense that post mind

Getting a hiding is par for the course over a season.
I'm just pleased we did not get one at the begining of this one.
This defeat can not take away the joy this team has brought to me in my 60 years of following the lads.
They have been there with 64 promotion team, 73 team and Reidys team.

Can’t help but larf at all the “I’m still behind him but…..” responses in this thread.

Happy clapping morons.

Nope, got lucky in play offs, over achieved this season which is great but he's been found out, we are woeful going forward and scraped through a number of games, conceeding 9 goals in 2 games is indefensable, he is not the future

What a tit … in fact give you are a subs bench you probably still feeding off one whilst wearing a black and white bib

Shouldn't be a question, not that bad performances shouldn't be discussed of course ;)

i'm surprised about the entitlement shown like, especially after the past decade.

Supporters you mean. It’s an irrational thing supporting a team through all the ups and downs.

Only an arm chair bystander whose only commitment is buying a firestick would make that comment

Aye mate, that’ll be it

I am critical of him at times as when the game plan isn’t working it’s a tough watch. I think we can be utterly toothless going forward. If the last 2 games are anything to go by he’s struggling to find a balance between defensive and attacking football. If there is any inkling of truth to these rumours he isn’t exactly helping himself. 9 goals conceded in 2 games. I think they will sack him at the end of the season. Would I agree with it, not so sure. Probably not.

Me.

In the last year we have had some of the best highs we’ve had for a very long time.

If you can take the highs, you have to take the lows, and let’s be honest, there hasn’t been many lows lately.

We would but no team should lose 5-0 at home. We all know it was contrived and we’ve gifted Forest the win, after seeing the hails back there’s no question about that, just lose 2-0 if we are going to fiddle it. They’ve embarrassed the club. Losing 5-0 at home is unacceptable.
It happens in football. We aren’t Man City or Bayern Munich, it’s going to happen. I’ve seen Man Utd conceded 5 and 6 at home recently, Forest beat Liverpool 3-0 at Anfield earlier in the season.

I am, but I have a feeling if he stays we could end up getting off to a poor start next season and were up against it from the off.
