I dont normally criticise fans for leaving early like but today was a bit much. Those who remained did a cracking job - the hardcore.

I despise “Don’t worry, about a thing”Need to cut that League One "Things can only get better" D-Ream shit out like.
I’m not one to boast but I think I had us pumped upFor being 4-0 down at half time and everyone knowing it was over the 2nd half i give massive credit to the fans. Was surprising the number of times we outsang forest fans when the game was dead. Yes people left early and i don't blame them at 4-0, but more stayed than i thought and made some great noise at times.

100% this. Premier league day trippers in leaving shocker. More evidence that even considering extending the ground is madnessI dont normally criticise fans for leaving early like but today was a bit much. Those who remained did a cracking job - the hardcore.
Eh ? Roefs had to make 3 good saves first half.Second half was funny as owt until Ballard goal ruled out
Never a 5 nil game as long as there's a hole my arse
Scoreline Will always say 5-0
Wasn't that type of game tho
I couldn't make it tonight but back for man utd game , I never leave early unless it's due to having to catch last train from Newcastle to york on a night game which is often dicey tbh if train not on time from sunderland to Newcastle before I can even catch last train home so tbf there is mitigation for a good few fans having to leave early with similar scenarios I'm sure as not all will live in sunderland itselfWasn't there but with 20 mins to go mate comment to mate about empty seats.
Mind only had telly pics to go with

No worries mate, i respect that. Altho tbh I'd rather walk home back to York than kip in my sons shared student gaff again in durham which I had to on new years day evening game v man city, due to no other way home as bank holiday, ffs I should have had a tetanus jab for that one...but yeh evening games do become a pain in the arse when not local for getting home.I'm not criticising fans who left early mate.If you read previous posts by me I've always maintained it is individuals choice.
