It's funny because you'd then expect us to be rock solid at the back to balance out how shit we are at going forward yet we're absolutely wide open :lol:

God knows what has happened there. Think theyve begun to believe their own hype and just less switched on or willing to do the hard yards constantly

I would say we were trying to be more attacking than usual but we don’t create. The defending is the big worry for me
 
Teams have figured out how to play him, hes not though getting the service and needs someone up top with him, might be an idea getting Isidor or Mayenda up with him the last few games left
 
It doesn't help that we don't have any fast wingers around him and midfielders barely getting close to him most of the time, RLB needs to stop f***ing around with this 5 central midfielders and get some wingers on.
 
Liked the look of him and Wilson as a 2. Think we might see 352 against Wolves and if it goes well maybe rest of the season. Also reckon it should work well for Xhaka, Sadiki and Le fee, Nordi and Reinildo.

Might be the freshen up we need.

I do think he can do more at times for the team but he must be so frustrated at times that there isn’t a red and white shirt within 15 yards of him
 
one moment that did impress me last night with brobbey was when we were either 4 or 5 down (tbh, i can't remember) in injury time and the game was all but over. there was a through ball that was hit too hard but he burst a gut to try to keep it in play.
i thought it showed a bit of spirit from him. many a player would've made a half hearted attempt and watch it go out for a goal kick.
it actually reminded me of jermaine defoe. i struggled to forgive im for the craig gordon carry on and when he first came i thought he was just another one coming to the end of his career just looking to toss it off and top up his pension pot. it was against the mags at home when he sprinted 60 yards to defend a ball that was played to one of theirs in the corner that he could've put a cross over that was the moment i changed my mind about him and what i perceived his attitude would be.
 
I like Brobbey but with him up front we play in a way that seems to be get the ball to Brobbey and it’s job done. He holds it up for a while then gets overwhelmed by two or three defenders. Nobody seems to bust a gut to get up to support him (other than Talbi) making him often ineffective.

I think specialist speedy wingers will be at the top of the shopping list this summer. They have to be. They’re the only positions filled by non specialists in our strongest XI.
