I bought a ticket for forest and nothings come through to my email, just a confirmation receipt but no ticket, is there somewhere else its meant to get sent to or am I going to have to go the ticket office

Is the option to download the ticket to your wallet not in the confirmation e-mail?

Yeah, they just haven't sent me a download link on their email to add the ticket to Google wallet

Yeah you can go into your account and it should be listed under your tickets. You can select a ticket and add it to wallet.

If its anything like the one I have for Chelsea that isn't the case - there is no link in the email and no option to add to mobile wallet in my account.

Man Utd ticket has the usual link in the email like I have had for all previous tickets and can also be added to mobile wallet from my account.

It looks like the Seatgeek/SAFC ticket system has been playing up recently.

I can view the ticket details on my account but I can’t add them to the phone wallet.

Does it take longer to send out the general sale tickets, please?
