Chris Rigg

There’s absolutely zero chance of it happening.
It may not happen but there isn't zero chance at all. In fact I'd go as far as to say that there is a more than reasonable chance. He is playing right wing at the moment at 18 but looks more naturally suited to the centre of the park - even playing as a very deep playmaker for England recently to very good effect.

He’s got wonderful balance, control, footwork. Got it in the head too. Le Fee and Xhaka are so good for his development. He’s the one I’m looking forward to watching the most tomorrow, which is saying something.

it was the same with henderson. we have rigg playing out there as part of his development and due to where he is physically. he's a cm and will end up there. as he's being compared to gerrard at the same age on this thread, he first played for liverpool at rb and then rm before moving to cm.

Yes, similar to Colback as we developed him ready to move to a big club, difference being we made no money out of him.

Maybe I'm getting old and might be wrong but I remember Gerrard appearing fully formed out of nowhere as Roy Race in real life.
