Enzo Le Fée

Le Fee has more in his game than Sadiki so I can't see how you think he's better. I'd rather keep the ELF than Sadiki if I had a choice who to sell but I'd rather keep both at least for another season in Sadiki's case.
I dint really see this as a choice between Le Fee and Sadiki. Sadiki and Xhaka are the core of the team. I'd play Le Fee in front of them as a deep 10 and drop Diarra, or play him out wide.

Agree with Enzo being a ten but the problem is he's too versatile and Le Bris sees him more as a 6-8 or winger I'd play Diarra as a narrow right sided midfielder or off the bench.

People keep arguing that it's simple, and just move him into the middle. But its not that simple. He can't do the things that Diarra does, and Diarra can't do things he does.

If we drop Diarra and put ELF in the middle, then you eliminate the midfield runner. He is the pace and the legs breaking forward from midfield. He's also our best player at carrying out a high press and running close to Brobbey.

Even the chance he f@cked up against Villa, if Diarra isn't playing there we don't even get that chance, because he's the only one with the pace and forward-running from the centre, to actually get onto that ball in the first place. Ironically it was ELF - cutting in from the LW - that created that chance!

I fully acknowledge that ELF is a better technician and more creative, he's a superb player. And it is a little bit of a problem, and playing ELF wide left is a compromise - and it's exactly what I said would happen when Diarra came back to fitness. But it's far more complicated and a real trade off than people want to make it out.

He should have scored yesterday though, that was a crap finish that would have been cleared by a defender even if it bypassed Martinez.
I really like Le Fee out wide, he reminds me of Steed Malbranque there on the wing. 8-)

Enzo is more like Bernardo silva for me....can play both centrally and wide (not as a traditional winger) and should be used between the two. Football isnt a "first 11" type game anymore, its more fluid than that.

He's better through the middle.

If Regis likes his starters and finishers so much, then Diarra has to be finishing rather than us having squeeze our most creative player out wide.

And stick him behind Brobbey and Wilson and watch him serve up goal scoring opportunities galore for them.

Wasn't impressed with our left hand side yesterday.
I think they were up against a very strong, very experienced pairing.

I don't think I've seen Reinildo struggle as much in a game this season as he did yesterday. Whether that's a hangover from his recent injury or he was just up against strong opponents who had his number I don't know, but sometimes you just have to hold your hands up and say they had the beating of us down there.

Mind I did think it was laughable when Reinildo was floored next to their box, nothing given, game continues, then seconds later Matty Cash wins a free kick for even less contact.

Seen a few transfer links with him today doing the rounds. Didn't realise he was 'only' 26 still, thought he was like 28 for some reason

Seen the link with Liverpool. It's only Teamtalk...load of shite normally. We are going to have a full summer of this though. There are also reports of us going to offer new contracts to our 'top' players.....going to be a long summer.

Aye wasn't reading too much into the actual link was just his age that caught me, still got plenty of good years ahead of him hopefully with us

Liverpool are set to swoop while other top clubs are preparing bids according to the internet. I hope they have lots of money otherwise they can sling their hook.
There’s a few sources reporting Liverpool’s supposed interest now. Hopefully his relationship with Le Bris ensures we keep hold of him a while longer. As others have said our ‘success’ this season will no doubt attract interest in several players, once genuine bids start getting tabled the club will have some big decisions to make this summer.

Good post if we bring Isidor on then we should try to get le fee more central as it seems they have a great connection! Maybe we go 442 late in game and give Diarra a free role to press! Sadiki covers the left and le fee moved in to the middle for the end of the game!

ELF is a strange one, all our midfield are being linked Diarra Saudi, Sadiki everybody and now ELF. All good players in their own way.
I think we will sell one of them for the right money.
The link with Diarra was quoting "silly money" but no figure. I think he is a good player but getting some stick as he is an easy target coming back in when the team aren't great and it shows, hasn't helped himself with the penalty or miss on Sunday.
ELF hard to place he gives the ball away too much CM needs a strong team around him, but is a very good player.
Sadiki has the most upside and its easy to forget he is only 21. Suits what the team needs in running power, looked half the player with Xhaka missing but thats understandable, no surprise so many top teams linked.
