Morning everyone that’s your lot just West Ham for me
Afternoon Hank, afternoon everyone
Bit gutted they scored so late but we know that happens so we have to take it on the chin.
Probably watch the Palace game depending on who's on the snooker tonight
Enjoy your everyone👍
Evening Hank, Becs and all from deepest Buckinghamshire.

Evening @Ludwig @Bonzo @heroesof73 @Snorbens @ATS @Hetty @ajsafc @Kennington Kid @gluepot @sismanhatton @Mally Mackem @horselover @Cyprus @Scotty 1978 @Frasmotic @two left feet @Mk Mackem @VHFC @Al Bundy @Rip Van Fish @tenpins @Wakey ftm in Sussex
@macum1920 @Hongkongphooey @EchoMan

Still gutted after today's game. Onwards and upwards, let's hope we get back to winning ways against Forest. Day 5 of no beer for me tomorrow, will be keeping up the bike work. Not sure about the football. Got mildly told off for not attending a barbecue this afternoon, the response "well if it was yesterday I would've gone" wasn't terribly well received 😂

Stay safe everyone.
Afternoon TVM👍
Highlight of me birthday so far, Hanks just sang ‘Happy Birthday’ down the phone, 👍👍
Happy birthday mate👍

@Cyprus marra least we’ve got one thing in common with the mutants

We both hate Jared Gillet 😂
We certainly do Hank but I did feel the need to remind them all of the pivotal role Mr. Gillett played in the Wear-Tees derby at the Stadium of Light some years ago. His sending off of Dan Neil was a huge turning point and, although Middlesbrough were clinical and ruthless and ran out convincing winners in the end, I'm still not sure a red card in response to questioning a referee was the way forward but then I suppose I am rather biased. Until that point the game was on a knife edge and as a football fan I believed questions needed to be asked about whether that is the way forward. A word with Neil would have been sufficient and it really did ruin the game.... "Ha'way man Cy, build a bridge and get over it!!"

Anyhow.... there's an air of frustration in our workplace this morning not least from yours truly following our Ding Dong game at villa park yesterday. Whilst it was exciting to watch, it did nothing for my blood pressure and I'm still gutted - even a point would have felt like a win but to then not get anything is awful! Should have been 4-3 to us really too!

The general consensus of opinion amongst my Middlesbrough supporting colleagues was that without Mcgree, Hackney and Whittaker boro should have won and if Strelec put that kind of performance in each week they would be up. Feels like in the big games against cov and ipswich they were on the receiving end of harsh penalty decisions although there was an acknowledgement that it was absolutely pointless from Malanda to do that.

Tearoom Expert is hoping that they can hit a bit of form and can go into the playoffs in full pelt.

The Leeds United fan from Skelton-in-Cleveland applied for semi-final tickets on Thursday through the ballot and is now anxiously awaiting news as to whether he has got them which should come today! He watched their game on Saturday the telly, a victory that was very comprehensive by all accounts despite Wolves being very poor apparently. He thinks they are safe now and might even finish above the mags!! Leeds have the small matter of Bournemouth away on Wednesday night before Wembley and S-i-C thinks it will be a tough game. Again, he applied for tickets, but has had no luck this time, only 1600, but says he would have made the trip if successful.

Roll on five o'clock and many happy returns @macum1920 🎂 🥳 🎉 🎈 🎁 🎊

Good morning Hank and everyone.
Palace game for me thanks.

Morning Cy, I'm not sure what to make of Diarra, "good in parts" probably sums him up for me. He has the potential to get better.

Morning KK, in April '77, I went to WHL to see us draw 1-1 with Spurs, not a great result for either team as we both went down. Looking at the final table I'd forgotten how tight the relegation battle was. (see below). For the Coventry haters amongst us (morning @thamesvalleyman ) consider the how the final table might've looked if it had been 3 points for a win instead of 2. Ironically it was Jimmy Hill who proposed the 3 points for a win system which was introduced in 81/82.

Have a great day everyone.
PS felt the need to remind us all to not give credit to Coventry Morning @Jack Ford ;))
Evening @gluepot I was at that 1-1 draw at WHL in 1977. Spurs hooligans (stewards) in our corner that day, very dangerous.

You're right about the sky blue filth, as well as 1977, the repeat in 1997, the scum that tried to attack me when I was with my then 9 year old son coming out of the Ricoh. The bottles of piss thrown down by their supporters in League One and the EFL to their eternal disgrace didn't proceed with their own rules on the EGM to kick them out of the league, not. Twice. Jeez, is it any wonder the overwhelming majority of our supporters hate them?
Cheers for birthday wishes, had a good few hours in Edinburgh with youngest daughter, breaky, shops, Botanical Gardens, pub in Leith and then a pub on the Royal Mile, on rattler home now and completely whacked out, might have a birthday red wine on train, rude not too, hope everyone has a great night 👍👍
Happy birthday @macum1920 sounds like you have had a great day.
Have an enjoyable birthday, Many happy returns and enjoy 🍻🍻
