How did you react

Just shook my head and sighed, fkn hell man! The lads showed great character and determination battling back but it wasn’t to be. Already focused on Friday night now 👌

I sat unimpressed by both as I’d just looked at the William Hill app and it flashed up “Goal” for Villa, so I was hopeful they’d got it wrong as Diarra went through.

Joys of watching over a stream with a delay I hadn’t otherwise noticed.

Very frustrating like would of been one of the greatest ever smash and grabs. Ultimately he chose the wrong option but the positive I found was it was the 93rd minute and the lad still has the legs to make the run.

I was fuming more at Talbis pathetic effort to stop the cross he was a late sub and it was half hearted at best.

Folded on the floor with head in me hands when we missed and says "that's villas cue to go nick it now"
Then it actually happened and just sort of accepted it whilst being proud of our character to come back in the first place.
Absolutely guttering still, just imagine that went in man. :(

Unfortunately I'd had a strong feeling all week it would come down to Abraham late , so when he scored i just went " and there you are " as if it was written . Expected it to be at the end of a cagey game mind , didnt expect the rest

Between the Diarra miss and the Villa goal ?
I went absolutely apeshit with the other half as she had been upstairs all game not watching the match ,she comes downstairs and that happens ,still blaming her now ,f***ing jinx🤨😂
I don't often get too upset about losing football games, but this one, I sat with my hand over my eyes for about 15 minutes. 🤣

My Mrs and youngest came in when Le Fee was placing the ball on the penalty spot against Brentford, still havent forgiven them.

i felt sick in that away end pure euphoria for a few moments.. then i walked out the ground with my head down i must admit thought the villa fans were mint after the game no rubbing it in and very humble stating how we was very unlucky wishing us a safe trip back .. but you may laugh but i was that upset i felt like we had lost an fa cup final 😂

I said ‘Ah. That was unlucky that.’ when Diarra had it saved - then I was just dumbfounded when they went down the other end and scored. Just felt sick having watched one of the most entertaining games we’ve been involved in and find ourselves on the end of a defeat.

I did say at 3-3 when the cameras picked up our fans singing ‘and you fucked it up 3-1’ that I wasn’t too keen on hearing it because it could bite us on the arse. And it did. Ffs.
I was absolutely gutted.

Basically collapsed on the sofa with head in hands whilst my 4 year old pointed and laughed.
Should ground the 4 year old for life mate.

Who had just sprinted the length of the pitch to get up alongside Diarra, so I give him a bit of leeway for that.

I was travelling on the M62 heading for Manchester, just passing Dewsbury, and my elation at equalising swiftly turned to gut wrenching disappointment for the rest of the journey.
