Most Leeds fans were expecting him to be shown the door until the City game, where they looked a different side even though they lost it at the death.

Leeds fans I know are buzzing at the moment since they went to 3 centre backs they have been pretty decent.
It's good for the league that 2 promoted sides are staying up to break up the last couple of years which where depressing.

I have noticed this about a lot of fans in the Premier League this season the seem to go overboard at every little set back no matter how decently their team is doing. There's a real sense of "entitlement" among some groups of fans and they don't half moan.
I think that having plunged the depths of football the majority of our lot are grateful for where we are and are enjoying it. I hope however we don't lose the sense of perspective that we seem to have gained over these past few seasons although there are a few cracks appearing.
God forbid we fall back to the level of booing our own players and forget that football is actually meant to be fun despite the impression that all these daft pundits who hang around the game give.
