The way the club is going, it'd probably be £40+ like league gamesBefore you ask, no the tickets won’t be £10
I think people will realise it could be a one off chance to see us in Europe. I was young and didn’t go to Roker last time around, thinking there would be many more.
If I’d known,
I’d have begged for the extra money they were charging.

Quite right too, why should something we’ve wanted for years be discounted? The way the club is going, it'd probably be £40+ like league games

I was referring more to blocking corporate people from normal tickets.Quite right too, why should something we’ve wanted for years be discounted?
“The way the club is going” is hopefully to be competitive with long standing Prem league teams, and being well run is a must.
I recall the Lisbon tickets went on sale on the Sunday morning, we'd played at Oxford the day before travelled back up and kipped outside the ground waiting for the tickets going on sale.Likewise I was at both home games, in the Fulwell loud and proud.

Why I know loads of lads who have travelled watching the lads all over the country since the 70s in the back of vans and hitched but they are now in a position where they have boxers, sports bar and buisness lounge tickets. They deserve away tickets just like the rest of us . Mind I know 5 lads who have sports bar tickets and they have just been informed that they will not be getting away tickets next season and they will have no loyalty points . Those lads don’t deserve thatI was referring more to blocking corporate people from normal tickets.
What was it like with it being communist at the time? One of my fondest ever lifetime memories going to see us play in Budapest![]()
Didn't people bouycott* the two home games because the club doubled the normal price. I know I missed both matches but I don't remember the reason why.I recall the Lisbon tickets went on sale on the Sunday morning, we'd played at Oxford the day before travelled back up and kipped outside the ground waiting for the tickets going on sale.
