If you take Reg comments at face value and look back at what he normally does, I dont think Ballard will start but will get 20 minutes at the end.

I’d be surprised if Ballard starts. When players are coming back from injury Regis seems to have a standard practice of putting them on the bench and getting them on for 20 minutes at the end. He did this with Nordi and Xhaka recently.

As others have said, there is no reason to rush BDB back and risk a relapse.
