Ive just seen a thread on X about someone who has a corporate ticket and being pushed to back of queue if dont renew.

They say contacted Becs and RAWA with no response. Given this thread is monitored can someone contact him please?

That's what they've told all corporate fans, it's disgusting.

Yes been said on here. I just saw him say he had contacted RAWA and Becs so thought would mention on this thread which she has commented on.

Don't publicise enough .they haven't done anything .we bloody 4 weeks in from nufc game .the club aren't investigating anything they don't give a shit .they never contacted any of the 65 .still to this day .this thread keeps going because of what happened to paul.
My 9 year old son can just about do a social media post .it takes 2 minutes of anybody day .I can see 3 massive issues with the club at the minute.the club charging people 20 quid to move season tickets .banning the most loyal fans .people in flounders bar who had season tickets before not being able to afford it anymore so wanting to go back season holders to being told they have to go to back of que.what is going on at our club ffs

RAWA are f***ing useless. Sorry but no update on their website in 6 months, not bothering to get back to people at all, 10 days to make a nothing statement on a lad being banned and 65 people having tickets withdrawn for the derby? Posting a club statement with no other comment? It's an absolutely horrendous lack of professionalism and duty of care.

Nigel Farage? Statement the same day!

And we still have people defending them saying aaw why they might be doing something?

They are avoiding issues, not communicating at all and ignoring fans. Sorry but that is absolutely pathetic and they are not fit for purpose!

Nope, just haven’t been following every single post on the thread. I truly believe it, the ticketing side of the football club is still an absolute joke.

Nobody take this personally anyone but can someone start a moaning at RAWA thread which may be more beneficial that it infesting various threads?

Not sure if I'm the only one but I'd rather read I'd rather click on a thread with new posts to see if there's been an update on the situation and nowt yet another moan at RAWA (which I agree has its failings).

Are RAWA contacting the clubnabout this issue? Are they getting a response or not? Are they getting fobbed off? Are they accepting of the clubs intentions? What the fuck is going on?

Answers on a postcard, it will be quicker than RAWA's reply using 21st century technology.

If they come out with something now it will smack of them being shamed into it. I think their ship has sailed. They have failed our fans badly.

Aye you're free to post what you want but even you must admit it's a bit repetitive now but getting nowhere. It's also in the thread below for example so why not just have a thread about RAWA itself and the issues fans have so it can all be in there in the hope something can be done and if not something else is looked at? I'd start one but loads have me on ignore so it's pointless me doing it

Totally get your point but say every single person in non hospitality seat last season renewed what would you have done? Without a seat to downgrade to you either renew your current seat or miss out altogether. The club should have predicted this but I bet given the season they probably thought...

I think since modern day PL clubs are now looking at those through the turnstiles as customers rather than fans then it’s imperative that the “original” supporters for lack of a better term stick together. It’s the one thing you see with the big clubs like Man Utd with their away following, they all stick together.

Absolute joke of an organisation with no openess at all, treating loyal supporters with contempt.

I wouldn't trust them as far as I could fling them.

Not at all. None of the issues effect me personally. I haven't been banned or had my derby tickets cancelled. I am not trying to downgrade my coperate tickets to normal tickets and being told I am not even a season ticket holder and have to join the Johnny come latelys at the back of the queue.

However, I'm a long time Sunderland supporter and take umbridge at other loyal fans being tret like shite.

I also want an organisation which was set up to represent Sunderland fans to be seen to be actively supporting ALL fans and to be vocal and upfront about what they are doing, to call out what simply isn't acceptable and how they intend to proceed.

I do not expect them to post a club statement and then clam up for 2 weeks. It's embarrassingly poor.
