Season tkt seat move

I've just had a look on mine. And now when I try move it says -£100 when yesterday I had to pay them £40

My brother moved online yesterday at 6pm is ticket went down £100. Moved from West stand row 4 to south stand row 25

I’m quite pissed off to be honest about the whole £20 seat move. I sit 2 seats from front of the upper bit of the south west corner, not one person stands up around us.

The people that stand are towards the back of the stand.

They have changed the whole upper bit to safe standing including my seat( row 18) I have no problem with standing but my 8 year old daughter won’t stand for 90 minutes.

I how have to pay £40 to move our seats or she won’t be able to see through no fault of her own.
Rang the club about this today and explained how I feel like I’m being forced to moved because my 8 year old won’t be able to see plus I’m playing £40 to do so.

They said that I would have to pay the £40 as that’s the set price online BUT if I email the club and explain the situation in writing then they will refund me the £40.

Are you joking?? Seriously??
I'm yet to see any criticisms of

1) £20 per seat admin fee to move
2) original terms and conditions. yesterday stating you can't move to a cheaper price bracket.
3) the club selling £149 padded seat only for Spurs on sunday.
4) forcing corporate customers to miss out totally on a ticket if they don't stump up the huge increases by blocking them getting a normal season ticket.

You spend alot of your time on here and X pointing stuff like this out about other ckubs and fans being treated like this.

Very quiet in defence of our own though

A lot of time pointing out stuff like that from other clubs . . . Go on then show me evidence of this. A lot of evidence.

And yes, I’ve slated our prices on several occasions. Especially the padded seats. Can’t remember which game but I posted several times about how mental the prices were; even had some slating my post saying you get Michelin star quality food.

And also, MOST IMPORTANTLY, I’m a nobody. Why would my posts even matter to anyone, let alone the club?? 😂😂🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️

ticket office open today or shut on wednesdays?
Anybody know? my mate says he needs to go down, the website says its shut today but the automated phone line says its open?

When I was on the phone yesterday they said the ticket office is closed today but phone lines are still open for people enquiring about seat changes
