Brobbey is quite unique which is the issue of replacing him outright. Maybe if he was to leave, we would have to switch up the system and play with a striker willing to get in behind more. Obviously its all guess work but we cant really replace Brobbey like for like
 
Bayern won't pay the money that would be required for us to part with Brobbey. They wouldn't go any higher than €40m for Woltermackem in the summer (rightly so) and they're now linked with Gordon.

They may try a lowball offer, but I reckon they'll be in for Dusan Vlahovic who's on a free this summer from Juve.

He also said it's quiet over here and people have just taken that as a negative.

Of course, we're approaching the transfer window so the rumour mill starts up again.

99.9% of it is nonsesnse.
 
I mean it's better than searching around Europe looking for someone to take Hemir for the year. I'd rather he stayed, but if we make a mint on him it's just an opportunity to improve the overall squad.
 
Think there will be interest/rumours about a lot of our players because they’ve all done so well. The good thing is most are new to the team and on decent length contracts. So no pressure on the club to sell really.

I can’t see any of them being desperate to move either given the way things are going. Hopefully anyone that does move on is only down to an offer that’s too good for the club to turn down.
 
This is a problem we'll face this summer - can we hold this side together and add to it, or in order to do progress, do we have to accept that we let 1 or 2 go for huge fees?

I think a few of those might attract sizeable offers. Obviously we cannot and will not sell all of them, but we might take a big offer on 1 ir maybe 2 max.


I'm hopeful that the likes of Mukiele and Alderete are just that bit too old to attract the big offers.
