Season tkt seat move

Not being able to move to cheaper seats absolutely stinks, but fits what has happened with the Founders etc.

This isn’t just something that seatgeek can’t process, it’s a clear policy by the club to not allow anyone to downgrade to a cheaper seat. It all stinks a bit IMO.
As we all know those running the ticket operation seem to actively make it as hard as possible. Pass the buck, ahh it’s ticketmaster, ahh it’s seat geek, ahh it’s support fault. We need an overhaul as it’s clear someone running the place hasn’t a clue how to run a premier league standard service with 45k tickets sold for games.
Just because things are fantastic on the pitch, some people don't like fans calling this stuff out. But it needs doing.
It’s literally the worst aspect of the support and club relationship. It’s like we’ve not moved on from league one. The way we sold the cup game had my alarm bells ringing that nothing had changed.

I’ve just tried to moved my 2 seats out of the south west corner to another part of the stadium ( same price category) and they are trying to charge me £40 for the privilege…. Anyone else got this ?

I can understand if I was moving price categories but I’m not

I ain’t paying £40 to move seats like , robbing bar stewards

Will @Hmmmmmm returns call out this policy from the club on social media or turn a blind eye like usual?

I've moved to the seat behind where I'm sitting now (in my dads old seat) so I'm sat with my son and nephew and I've been charged £20 has anyone else been charged just to move seats in the same price catergory

should read the post before posting utter bollox :D

The whole seat move stinks mate..I like others wanted to move elsewhere but because it was cheaper price band the club doesnt want to know...all leaves a sour taste
I tried to move 1of ours to a seat in between me and a mate, put it in basket when through go to £20 payment then was realised unexpectedly, went back on jsut there and it’s gone, systems shite

I’m quite pissed off to be honest about the whole £20 seat move. I sit 2 seats from front of the upper bit of the south west corner, not one person stands up around us.

The people that stand are towards the back of the stand.

They have changed the whole upper bit to safe standing including my seat( row 18) I have no problem with standing but my 8 year old daughter won’t stand for 90 minutes.

I how have to pay £40 to move our seats or she won’t be able to see through no fault of her own.

The seat move fee doesn't effect me yet but could do if I get some bellend in between me and the bairn. Basically about 3 years ago we had 3 seats in a row but the oldest was in the middle and moved seats. Wasn't a problem as there was spares around us anyway. £20 fee is a joke like.

Was there not a dispensation for this? Thought under 14s couldn’t stand either. Hopefully some common sense can prevail

There’s 2 little old woman in front of me and they were aware of the rail seating.

I feel like I’m being forced out of my seat.

We were all talking about it yesterday, some of the older blokes have been sitting there since the stadium opened and no having to move seats.

Fair enough put railings in for the people that do actually stand but don’t force people to stand up if they don’t and never have done
