Fully deserved the win yesterday, I was a bit worried that by not getting the second goal we may concede a late equaliser but thankfully one goal was enough to beat a poor Spurs side.
Had some cans on the way back to London and got home around 11.30pm.
No beer for me today, might watch Man Utd v Leeds though.

Been out getting last bits and pieces as we are going on holiday tomorrow. We will be celebrating a wedding anniversary while we are away, which has reminded me that I still need to get a card !
Pooch is at the groomers soon and grandson is here for his dinner so it’s all go.

Cracking result yesterday. Spurs are a poor side, we are a good team!! We thoroughly deserved to win, in fairness second half we could have scored a couple more. Onward and upwards
Might watch the Premier League match on Sky Sports Main Event later if I have the opportunity, will and inclination. My colleague, the Leeds United fan from Skelton-in-Cleveland, will be in attendance in the away end at Old Trafford. He has promised to give me a wave on tv too!

As expected my workplace isn't a happy one this morning KK and the general consensus of opinion was that Saturday's game was a pretty poor affair (Quelle suprise). Sadly many think their players are resigned to the play-offs. No urgency
"Hideous" was Tearoom Expert's stinging verdict of the latest fiasco at the River slide stating that Pompey were "horrendous" and as you already pointed out yesterday they have had 2 shots on target against boro over 2 games and took 6 points.
TE is becoming increasingly concerned that they might not even make the play-offs at this rate given the form they are in. Not won in 6 and they look like they are on the floor. Hellberg sounds it, came out and said it must be a mental block as he doesn't know why it's not working
He did concede that it was a "Cracking win for your lot and brings spurs another step closer to relegation". He reckons it will be funny if "yous" (his affectionate terminology for SAFC) finish above Newcastle and doesn’t think their fans would be able to cope.
The Leeds United fan from Skelton-in-Cleveland is really looking forward to his trip to the "Theatre of Dreams" tonight having been successful in the ballot. He is hoping for a positive result but, in his words, "the f##kers have picked up a bit which is disappointing" so he'd be "happy with a point or a narrow loss".
He's taking a half day today to give him plenty of time to get there and has promised to give me a wave on tv too so pleased was he that we did them a massive favour on Sunday
