Spurs players if relegated.

They were rubbish, but let’s not pretend they don’t have assets that would be picked off

Romero - linked with both Madrid clubs
Van de Ven - Liverpool
Porro - Real Madrid (pre Trent mind)

Kudus would get a good move, as would Kulusevski if he gets fit. And Solanke would absolutely get a PL move

I really like Archie Gray; he’s a quality footballer. Bergvall has huge potential as well.

Archie Gray is just a overhyped, expensive, English youngster. He’s been no more than ok for spurs and definitely hasn’t justified the huge transfer fee. Rather Sadiki all day every day!
I looked at the team sheet on the way to the match and they have big names all over including the bench. What showed on the pitch was they are in this mess because that’s all they are, big names. I honestly wouldn’t want us to take any of them for the overinflated price they would charge because of the name and it being spurs. We have shown we can buy better players from the continent for half the price!

You could see that they have technical ability but there wasn’t enough desire. Considering the new manager that is even more damning. In a different environment some will be excellent for the right club but I’m not sure we would risk bringing players that don’t have the right character in.

Thought Bergvall actually looked quite good. I think Tel could be decent too.

They’ve about half a dozen in the whole club that’d command decent fees but would we want them on these last two years showings? Taken out of Spurs and inserted into proper clubs they’d no doubt shine but will think themselves above the likes of us. I think the rest have realised the PL doesn’t suit their style of play.
I’d keep Gray and Bergvall and move the rest on if I was them.

0 wins in 14. (None in 2026)
5 points from possible 42.

Have to very careful at picking any of that lot. Not much fight in them other than trying to rough up Brobbey

They remind me of us when we went down. We had some talented players even then but their attitude stank and the club was a mess. Not sure aid want any of their players and they are going to struggle to find clubs willing to play them the same wages based on their performances the last two years.

Solanke perfect for the mags injury prone, expensive and overrated

Probably zero, I'd maybe look at Kudus but not bees enough of him and been very injury prone this season.

That's why I don't get this rubbish from pundits that they are man for man miles better than us. I just don't think it's true.

Same arrogance as the mags that they think they are amazing despite all evidence.
Some journalists on SSN yesterday was saying the this Spurs squad are a bottom 3 squad. But they are in the bottom 3! They finished 17th last season. They believe they are a top 6 team.

I personally think Van Der Ven would look very good in our team. I'd imagine playing alongside either Ballard or Alderete with Xhaka in front of him would bring the best out of him. Granted he's not looked great in recent months but i think he's being dragged down by having shite around him. He'd be on a fortune though.

Not sure there's anyone else i'd want. Gray looks decent but they'd want silly money for him given his age, how much they paid and how much they'd be struggling financially

Archie Gray mightn’t have shone yesterday but by all accounts he’s been Spurs’ player of the season. A young player with undoubted ability who I think Le Bris would like.
He is the one you take

Young, played everywhere and looked decent, fills the home grown quota

They have a few young players who Dr Le Bris would sort out imo so wouldn't turn my nose up at a couple of them

I like Kulusevski, and Madison and Simons are talented. But due to wages, injury proneness, or both, I’m not sure I would take any of them.

Honourable mention to their keeper yesterday. He dint put a foot wrong yesterday which was nice to see after the way the previous manager hung him out to dry.

And two of their worst examples came from Spurs
I was just about to post this. Skipp and 10 cap England international Winks are mainstays of their sinking team, they'll be on a fortune.

Winks is out of contract soon. Skipp has another 3 years. He cost £20m!

I don't know who I'd want from Spurs, they all seem gutless.
