The Tottenham conspiracy

Agree, Liverpool, Man United, Arsenal bring things to the premier league, in the modern world so do City and Chelsea, this big six thing including Spurs is a load of nonsense, it’s because they had a good run at the same time as City and it seems Sky felt they couldn’t reference City as amongst the big clubs without mentioning Spurs

Spurs would be no more of a miss to the premier league than the likes of Villa, Newcastle, Leeds or indeed Sunderland were in their absence and the product coped just fine without those clubs
Spot on, the over seas tv deal is signed till 2028. Even if the domestic one was due to renew It would make absolutely zero difference to it. The only thing it does do is make the other big 5 clubs hand a bit weaker in votes. But it won't affect anything financially

Everything I’ve been hearing in recent years (largely from the mags) is about how the premier league is rigged in favour of the “big 6” (Man Utd, Liverpool, City, Arsenal, Chelsea, Spurs).

So I guess it’s the big 5 now…?

Is a push an automatic yellow, or are people letting the injury blind their judgement?
If that was a yellow and the same logic was applied consistently then most games would be abandoned because of second yellow spendings off.

Got a new found dislike for Spurs fans after today. Going on like pure ***** all day. Trouble outside the vault yard then going on like pricks again outside the Hilton after the game.

Hope they go down and never return.

The meltdown has been tremendous.

Anyway if we’re talking sending offs, Romero goes right through the back of Brobbey begging of the game.

Their full back fouls off the ball multiple times during the game.

Udogie made about 200 fouls today off the ball and the officials ignored all of them.
It was an astounding watch and I dont think i have seen so many fouls go unpunished.... I thought it epitomised them and lots of off the ball stuff and they were stunned when we gave it back in spades.

Always had that in their locker and a definite toon like to them

I have been watching Spurs Podcasts and YouTubers etc. they are claiming the premier league are out to get them and there is a conspiracy against them😂.

Mind you I will say Brobbey should have been off after he pushed Romero into their keeper. The penalty was the right decision in the end.

The delusion😂
all other strikers do that often, not just brobbery. Why bother booking him after seeing other players did this

No surprise at all mate, always have been....Spurs away at WHL last game of the season when Makin scored, absolute w@nkers setting about any Sunderland fan who had the temerity to be walking around "their manor" in Sunderland shirts.

They weren’t very good. Our passes in the final third and finishing was off. We should have battered them.
that something our board are looking into it. split seconds making decisions and made the wrong decision. Le Fee were free all the time. It is easy for us to say this but to play on pitch isnt easy than you think.

The fact it endangered both players suggests it was a clear yellow
Romero was just to blame for the two of them getting injured, can't stop like that in front of an attacker at speed and expect him to change course. Yes brobbey did push him and to help stop himself if he hadn't the keeper would've been hit by two of them

It won’t make a huge different but the South Korean part of the deal increased by over 60%, spurs have a huge South Korean fan base and if they don’t switch to a new side that part of the deal will certainly drop.

The main issue is a game including spurs attracts more eyes than a game involving Brighton everywhere in the world apart from in Brighton. It’s why certain clubs get more games than others, it’s not like the deal will crash and be worth pennies but if overseas supporters don’t switch sides and spurs go down the 26/27 viewing figures will be lower an those will be used in negotiations.

EFL will love it though as they’ll have spurs on tv every weekend if they can get away with it.

So you expected the defender not get himself in-between the attacker and keeper and try to slow him down?

Brobbey deserved a yellow for that but not for the one he did actually get
Have been unable to open X since the match without being immediately confronted with a Spurs fan account posting a different random freeze frame from yesterday and talking about what an injustice it is.

Doing my head in. I can't mute them faster than they spawn.
The 'elbow' on Porro is fkn pathetic. Diving little fanny

Brobbey did nothing wrong man it’s deflection outrage simply trying to find anything that will deflect from spurs being f***ing woeful
Well he clearly pushed their lad into the keeper. It's pretty clear. He did absolutely nowt wrong in the incident he did get booked for mind
