While I didn’t know it was Spurs officials that did that, it was reported that some clubs made comments to that effect in our first meeting at the top table

Report states that Romero went off, and not the keeper

It must have been edited as when it was first posted it also referred to the keeper going off. If you look at the BTL comments some of the commenters have also mentioned the mistake.

Edit - read it again and it’s definitely been changed. Not Louise’s finest moment!
