Amad

I was meaning the opposite actually, I think they are poor. They can’t raise their game when they play the bigger clubs & they get turned over by the lesser clubs. Personally I think if we turn up we will give them the run around.
Yes I know we were disagreeing. I was saying that the proof is in their results and it is. But they aren't that bad

Losing to Arsenal and City, happens. It'll happen to most. 1/3 of their games so far against them.

You say they get turned over by lesser clubs. They don't get turned over by lesser clubs. Only Brentford away are a "lesser" club that has beaten them. So that's 1 in 6.

They've won their last two home games. One of which against Chelsea

I don't see a poor team in those results. Admittedly, they weren't good v Brentford but a lot teams will have a stinker. The season is way too young to say they're a poor side

I do think people are jumping on them because it's fun because they used to be class and they aren't at that level anymore. And it's easy to laugh at Amorim and his notebook and looking away from penalties. But that doesn't make them poor

Look at those 2 home games though. Burnley, only just put aside a newly promoted side (who, i'm sure most with agree aren't as good as us), and beat a chelsea side (who, i'm sure most agree would've beaten them had they kept 11 men) who lost their keeper to a red card very early on.

I think they're being underrated. They're making loads of chances but they can be got at at the back.

I think some people on here are underestimating them thinking they're poor

I think they'll finish above us this season

Of course they will. Not with Amorim though

I would normally agree with the whole people shouldn't mock them thing, it's not very becoming. And i've always had a soft spot for them. However i would have to say, that what they're doing right now, is not working, and i doubt it's every gonna work for him. I can't see him being there at christmas. I think they ARE poor, and the players aren't playing for him. They will finish above us this season, if they get rid of the manager.

Agreed, they went out and strengthened their attacking options when their problems are midfield and defence. The attacking live is very strong now and tomorrow could easily go in their favour but like you say, they are poor at the back and I don't beleive their midfield works hard enough, they can absolutely be got at. Neither result would surprise me tomorrow.

For me, tomorrow has a certain feel to it. Man united are absolutely on the ropes right now, and sunderland are absolutely buzzing. I'd imagine we're one of the last teams they'd wanna be playing. I know we could just as easily get beat, but i can see us winning this 3-0 and them being booed off the park. It just has that feel to it.

Yes I can totally see a scenario in which we get a similar result in a similar way to Forest. I think it'll be harder to shut them out though, as they have more players capable of a single "moment" than Forest do

Funny. My "feeling" is a simple (on paper) home win, say 2-0, and a whole host of "what were you worried about" from the home camp

It feels like a lot of chat about us being in form, them being shit, and the game will just proceed in a straightforward fashion to a home win without any implosion

As I say above, I can see us winning or drawing. But if you're talking "feeling", that's my sense of it
