Can the friend not just set up an account then you could transfer to them

I'm not sure if it is a game where you need previous purchase history. Also what would someone do if their phone wasn't working, how would they transfer the ticket to another digital device?

Forward the original email and she can download from there I think

Nothing to suggest any restrictions on the ticketing page which surprises me for Man Utd

No reason why Chelsea would be restricted but thought Manu would have needed purchase history, even just the one game, especially as 3pm sat. Nowt on website though so suggests it’s a free for all
