He was linked and possibly on trial and about to sign, then went to Spurs instead. Played about 4 bits of games there and barely got a look in, would have likely been chucked straight in here.

We eventually got Talal El Kharkouri on loan instead, who played 8 games and off the back of that at least got a move to Charlton and played some PL football.
