Home game sell outs

My mate whose a season ticket holder has told me that pretty much every home game, general release has sold out within like an hour, so its been a struggle to get to some home games this season (funny enough it was easier last season and when we were in L1 but I really cant complain not having a ST and living away), is he correct?

Was wanting to make sure I could at least get one home game in, on our first season back in the big time.

If they do sell out consistently, which home game would you recommend having a crack at getting to?

Have you got a purchase history for at least one game from either last season or this ?

Theees a season ticket resale thing that gets you tickets. I've used it a few of times but two times out of three rhere was some sitting in th seat I've bought and you have to be prepared to find an empty seat.

That is a very good shout, Tuesday 24th March they go on. It’s so bloody frustrating though because im usually working the hours they go on sale, i’ll be slaughtered for checking my phone at work to get Sunderland tickets

Its frustrating when you try to do it right and some nob just thinks the rules dont apply to them

Spurs and forest are both pretty much sold out already, although spares that the club have and potential resale will produce some tickets. Unfortunately there is no alert system, it's literally a case of regularly checking for info on here or the ticket website.
Man u and Chelsea have not gone on sale yet, mau u is tomorrow at 10.00am and Chelsea is 2 weeks tomorrow at 10.00am. These will both be popular and I guess will sell out quickly, we've seen games pretty much sell out in 30 minutes this season. You need to be online before 10.00 and on multiple devices if you can or you will have no chance when the window opens at 10.00am for both these games.

What a nightmare, I cant complain, I love that there’s been a resurgence in support of Sunderland, and a healthy SAFC leads to a healthy Sunderland, but as someone who was there to see us slump to a 1-1 at Bloomfield Road or get bummed off Rotherham 5-1 in L1 you wish you could show these ticket records, but at the same time, how do you get new supporters in? I’d hate to be the staff in the ticketing office

Edit: I’ll try my hand at a Man U ticket tomorrow seem so im on my holidays atm
