Ross Stewart


I've been going since the 80s and he's one of my favourite SAFC players ever. We've had "better" in the PL but the impact he had on our club is up there with almost any player in my lifetime. Wish him nowt but the best.

PS - also had him first goal scorer happy days.
 
Will always have a soft spot for the big lad. Would love to see him get a spot on the plane for the jocks this summer. Such a shame that he’s been scuppered by injury. Scotland have been crying out for a proper front man for years. If he’s fit, he’s surely got to go.

Think he was 25 when he got his serious injury with us he didn’t have a history of injuries prior to this. Then he seems to of had a lot of niggles since. Hopefully he can get himself fit more often than not, it’s possible and if he does he’ll be playing and scoring in the premier league

He’s played less than the equivalent of 10 full games this season. 5 the season before. Less than 1 the season before.

He was/is very good but he’s unfortunately unreliable in terms of fitness.

Needs the same fitness coach that Kirchhoff had under BSA

I've been going since the 70's.

He played a huge part in shifting the momentum from our lowest ebb to where we find ourselves today.

There's no Brian Brobbey without Ross Stewart.
 
Love the lad, the most complete striker. He’s so good defending it’s ridiculous.
Always made me feel calm that he knew what he was doing
Best striker we have had in 10 years after Brobbey… but it’s no good if not on pitch

I reckon if he was fully fit all the time he’d far surpass Brobby like. If not really seen a finisher like him. Absolutely PL level
