Wolves (A)

Just had a look atleast 130 left for next phase
Is that how many are left as of right now, and when does the current phase end?

Looked about 120 left for Villa very late in phase 4 but when phase five started someone said only seen about 50 and were gone in seconds, i only seen one seat available so missed out, had my suspicions they tried to offload to corporate and then put what was left for phase 5.

Be less corporates and plsyer mates wanting to go next season, it will have been the novelty of visiting prem grounds and doubt they will want to go again
I've probably derailed this thread enough, so I'm gonna stop. But, just look at our home crowds this season, unprecedented, we have a season ticket waiting list. The PL is not what it was 10 years ago.

Agreed mate but there will still be a drop off. There are several of us on here who have done 80%+ this year who have said we’ll do less next.

Breaking into the bracket that gets a Saudi or Brentford ticket is a different matter.

I'd say there are closer to 200 atm

With any phase 5 you're talking about probably at least 1000 people and probably more trying for those tickets so will go instantly

There is a new 'choose tickets for me' option that is probably quicker than best available. Have a practice on the women's hame currently on sale so you can see how it works

I mean this is hardly open season. At any other time in our history about half the games went down to season ticket holders, nowadays not a single one does. For example, how does my SAFC daft 11 year old cousin get away tickets? This is the next generation, but they can't get tickets like we always could. Yes, he does every home cup game.

He has to bide his time, hope someone is available to take him to the ones that drop low enough, until he can go on his own.

I was 15 before I was able to start going.

There seems to be this thing nowadays where people just want to be able to get tickets for whatever game they choose. That’s not how it works and a few shit seasons in L1 aside, it never has been.

It was like, whenever you started going it was easy to build your points, same as it was for me and everyone else.

if you started going in the era where you applied for tickets as part of a group, and the number of points was averaged across the group, then maybe.

Trying to get tickets once they moved to the individuals points determining whether you did or didn’t get a ticket made it much harder.

Just picked ours there. This and villa taking us to the promised land of 40bcp at last.

Also anyone looking to drive, just park has ASDA 4 mins walk from ground for £5
Ive booked that but think traffic after match could be a nightmare might get something to eat before setting off for home

About 140 left at 1900

My daughter is 15 and has about 4/5 points now from doing a few in championship, and then Everton this season.

She’s fuming because I’m on 19 so managed to get Villa tickets, but obviously she didn’t have enough points. She questioned earlier how is she meant to build her points by going to away games when she hasn’t got enough points to buy them. Told her you’ve just got to hope for home cup games and big allocations in away cup games, and that whilst it’s unfortunate for her, those who have gone to more over the last few seasons rightly have priority.

What I wanted to say was tough shit

Very few will stop attending, we're talking about the people who went every week in L1/Champ. Maybe if they're lucky, season ticket holders might get a Tuesday night in Brighton or Southampton if they come up. There's a couple of points sorted, be in phase 6 in no time.

Disagree completely, I have 50+ points and have been to quite a few this season, next season I will be changing as in doing the ones I did not do this season, I have a life away from football, and as much as I love my away days, I also love doing other things. - IF we do stay up next season, the novelty period will massively drop off, fact
100% this . . .

Next season most away games will go down to 10 points. Maybe 0.

Absolutely correct, and then what will the closed shop gang have to twist about.....

From a selfish point of view, I hope you’re right and some people do stop and it gives me more a chance to go. Last 5/6 years my finances have meant I can’t get to as many (maybes 3/4 a year) but I’m hoping to be able to start again regularly. Villa takes me to 20, I’m hoping Wolves drops down far enough to get there too, but can’t see Everton getting that low. I lose 6 at the end of this season, so be down to 14/15. If demand drops off, hopefully I can sneak a few early doors and start building up

I reckon Everton may go lower than people expect due to having the cup game earlier this season so new ground ticked off
