Sunderland fan in the home end?

Would never dream of doing it, not cause I’m a total fanny (i am) but just cause if we score I want to celebrate and the only places I want to do that are at the match in our end, in a bar in Sunderland or in my living room.
I'm really debating it, not at SJP, but other aways down here as I won't get a ticket. The issue for me is not being able to do dress up and also having zero chance of hiding my loyalties.

I know where you're coming from.

Did it at Preston when we made the play offs a few years ago win 3-0. Wasn't so bad coz preston were quite happy for Blackburn not to make it.

Sat on hands a few weeks ago at Leeds wasn't quite the same-Just sitting there with a screen saver face on while buzzing inside.

Liverpool end for FA Cup final - wasn't bothered and lots of Safc in there as well all seemed to jump up when Byrne missed a great chance and there was no problems.

We've done a few over the years - Boro, Hull, Bradford, Colchester, Stockport, Wimbledon & Newcastle. We scored in all matches except Newcastle and we managed to keep ourselves undercover 😉.

The fella got a canny twating like. He went flying down a couple of rows after getting a big whack. We were watching it, we were near the divide of the fans. Took the coppers an eternity to get him out like.

Done it in the 1-1 no away fans game with the Geordie bloke who I was his apprentice after I’d gotten him a ticket for our home match. Also went to the U21 game in my SAFC shirt when Martin Smith was called up for.

Haven't done it at the Mags but have at other grounds. Always in a group. And never kept quiet. We had a canny old roll about when Phillips drilled home from distance at Liverpool (1-1)

Have done it once, the 2-1 quinn and phillips when it pissed down, never again not an enjoyable experience not being able to go divvy

I was there, had to stand up and clap when Shearer equalised as there were lads looking for SAFC fans in the area that had blown their cover when Micky Gray scored the first goal

Done loads of games in the home end over the years, one of ropiest was definitely Luton away the year we got promoted under Keane, they definitely didn’t appreciate us being in there end 🤣

Same, was in their stand on the half way line

We scored the first and a quarter of the stand went up celebrating...... about 30 seconds later they were fighting on stairs

Is it breaking any actual rules that get you in bother? Or are you just risking your dashing good looks?

Aye it wasn’t good my mate gave me a dig when I didn’t react well when he scored. My mate was a big daft lad from Gateshead who actually had a full head of hair, huge bloke too so I felt ok I’m sure I was only 17.

Ah I miss him and his gang
Hope they are back for the next Mags game.

Remember when people on here said they were little soft shites and their arses would drop against any push back. Only for them to get stuck right into Cardiff, Boro and Millwall
Rules that get you a ground ban? Hmmmm potentially not a problem.
You could catch print whilst amongst the melee.

I have been out of control on the catching print front and at first was rather dismissive but.... can confirm it all checks out 👍
