Bumped this because 8,000 haven't renewed yet. Some may not know, no auto renew.

You have to wonder how many fans haven't renewed as they've incorrectly been shown a higher price increase due to the various reasons we've seen on here. The only way fans know if it's wrong is by finding out what others have paid but there's no way everyone would find out.

Given the fact that some fans have been shown the incorrect price due to the club losing/not counting all their ST history then how can the club contact the fans affected? When some fans have realised they've overpaid and then contacted the club they've been asked to prove they've had STs in the past as the club can't check.

The club should have just admitted there was a concern and emailed/posted the 3 tier loyalty price table as it's in no way complicated. That way all fans could check what they should be paying and hopefully get it resolved in some way.

There will also be fans who've logged in and seen price and just unknowingly paid a higher price than they should have and may never find out. Again the club won't be able to contact them as the club think it's the correct price they've sent out.

Why do you think 3000 won't renew it seems a lot of people after the season we've had. If you don't renew you may struggle to get match tickets I know prices have went up but for a season ticket after the league 1 years I would think the majority of people would renew

I do however have no doubt that there will be stories accompanied by a compo face of his the club sold their seat without telling them

You're right there's been enough notice and information, but still surprising that around 8k still haven't renewed

I think we will get to about 35k but there will be an element for who the PL novelty has worn off already

Really hoping the two next to us don't renew as we are needing a couple of extra seats and their complaining every game gets on my tit end
