Founders bar

How have you found it in there? We went from bcb to quinns
Its crap. Cramped in like sardines on long school dinner tables. hundreds of people getting served by three cashiers. Toilets on main concourse so have to fight your way out and share the queues with the west stand users in that block those bogs were built for, on top of all the founders season ticket holders who are situated in the premier concourse or another block in the west stand. Our luxury food options at the weekend were £10 nachos or a veggie pie.
He said it’s going up 25% per year. Are you struggling with what I’m asking?
It might not be such a big jump every year, but it was a 50% increase this year for us and if we don't like it we go to the back of the queue.

How do they get them from Founders up to PC?

Back out the front door, round the car park to SWC and up the stairs in the GA turnstiles for the concourse
So if you fancy a swift half at half time you are snookered?

Spent the last 4 seasons in BCB, but didn't rate Founders when was being shown round, think I had a lucky escape. Have popped in post match a couple of times to see mates, didn't think I had missed out, price hike and the way they are treating fans who want to downgrade is scandalous, especially in these financially challenging times

That sounds awful, what a rip-off. Sounds like KLD is certainly trying to claw back some of his investment by fleecing the support.

You’re not joking?!

Honest mate. We were up there initially because we had no choice when being turfed out of BCB.

When movers day came up we found two west stand tickets we liked instead. Club let us have them, but wouldn’t let us drop founders if we moved. Now they’re telling us these two random west stand seats in a GA block are founders permanently. If we leave they’ll sell them as founders tickets.

Serious?

What if you want to make use of founders during the game or half time?
Yeah serious. As above, we initially had a choice between that, nothing or 76 yards. Thankfully we got better seats in west stand on movers day but club wouldn’t let us have the GA price and drop founders.

Dunno if they even let you back out or if you have to use the standard concourse, but if they do it’s back the way you came

Who in their right mind is going to move from GA to corporate after reading that

Move for one season, don't like it and you're at the back of the queue to find a seat and potentially lose all your points, madness.
Yip
That's what I said when I e mailed the club back, I said i hope you're advising anyone upgrading of the implications if they need to go back to GA at some point

Nobody knows how much they will put it up in 2027, but not been able to downgrade from Quinns/Founders to a regular season ticket is very poor. You would think the club would allow that.
I suppose they'll say there isn't the seats available for them to move into. What they really mean is once we have you in corporate we are unwilling to untie the corporate portion of the season ticket from the seat as we'd be losing money, so an easy way to apply pressure to keep paying the corporate price is the veiled threat of back of the season ticket queue you go if you drop it

I'm pretty sure this wasn't on the list of things they used to promote the taking up of founders or any other corporate options when sold.

Maybe should have hotel california on loop when people enter founders.

Weird thing is that with founders, even if you haven't actually taken up the option the bar can be used after games anyway if there's space.

Its a strange stance for the club to take, because everyone who is aware of the policy will be wary of taking up the corporate option if they fancied it for a season or two
