RLB didnt even try and change the formation with the players he had on the field he stood there in the last 10 minutes and did nothing and we didnt create a chance

The board went up for 8 minutes did he do anything different ? no he just kept us rigid and asked them to continue to do the same thing

Absolute madness and will be his downfall
 
Watched him for the under 21s on Monday night.

Looked decent enough be on the bench today. Did a back flip after one of his goals so I reckon he would have been fit enough.

The other young lads there were never getting on. At least he could have put himself about.
 
The manager is clueless,,, yes we’ve a long injury list but the last two games I called the subs before kick-off. We are too easy to play against now, the passivity is creating a dreadful spectacle and we just can’t score a goal. The last eight games are going to be a real drag… is 40 enough?
If Isidor can’t play in those circumstances.. put a striker on who can get on the pitch…. It’s pathetic..

Rightly or wrongly, RLB clearly does not rate any of the U21's tbf and they are there just to fill a bench spot. I do find it strange that Harrison Jones was breaking through last year though and is no where near this year.

I remeber years ago, cannot remember who the manager was, Poyet maybe? Left the bench with empty spots instead of putting kids on it and he got loads of shit for it.

Yep - they three Jones and Whittaker were never getting on the pitch yesterday barring an emergency
 
I’d love to be a fly on the wall in the SLT meetings- surely they discuss this kinda stuff. I honestly think if Faroli has grave concerns over RLB and a desirable replacement is available he’ll be peddled.
