RLB will be gone before next season

So 12 years of Premier league recruitment and squad building over 1 year we've had doesn't make a difference? The Champions league isn't as prestigious as it used to be (would you say all of Qarabags team are champions league quality players?) and most of the players we signed are young players with potential, not the finished article.
How many points did we take off this premier league giant Palace this season ?

In a one off game we could beat anyone. We messed up a huge opportunity by that shameful performance on Sunday

Talks in riddles about connections
dynamics and experiences reminiscent of Cantona and the seagulls

Any manager worth his salt would have put a rocket up them at half time but we have been papering over the cracks for a long time.

Lets face it we got lucky in the play offs, lucky at Wembley and Xhaka has been acting as de,-facto manager on and off the pitch.

Without him we are rudderless and will probably splutter our way to safety.

Ghisolfi brought in a number of quality players who dont need a great deal of " management" and yet RLB still insists on Hume in the hybrid role.

KLD has to much invested to fail and Ghisolfi will be working on a manager to take us to the next level.

Nice guy but he has to go in the name of progress.
Absolutely no chance.

I don’t think KLD is the knee jerking type but if someone is available who he thinks is better then I can see him replacing Le Briss in the summer. He showed his ruthlessness in the summer with the squad over-hall and with Speakman. Le Bris will not be immune to it.
He’s done well overall but his limitations have been exposed recently. His stubbornness may be his ultimate downfall.
I think this is the most sensible and logical opinion.
Bar from a few emotional reactions majority of the fanbase still like Rlb..
As you said, We replaced half the squad and got a replacement for speakman last summer, so if KLD thinks he's got another in his sights he'll get him in
I’ll take that
My personal favourite was someone asked OP did they inject themselves in the head with heroin

We lost to a side bottom of League 1 that have won six league games out of 32 this season.

That’s perspective
I wonder what the FA Cup holders perspective at Macclesfield was, or Len Shackleton's at Yeovil or Don Revie's at Colchester.

One game. Upsets happen. We were shite but get over it. Most of the season has been absolutely immense against all the odds. Premier league teams lose to lower league opposition every single year in the fa cup. It’s the ‘magic of the fa cup’ 😂

They’re not bottom of league one in the form table though. They’ve actually been doing ok under their new manager.
Still no excuse for us playing crap and losing mind! 🤣

Aye it was dark cup magic we never had a chance🤣

There’s no way RLB is getting sacked before a ball is kicked next season. You can put the house on that.

I can guarantee these threads will suddenly stop when we beat the mags again at their ground anarl.

No he wont.

End of thread

Is exactly right, I have been in and around this messageboard for years and can honestly say the set of self-entitled clowns we seem to have attracted of late is off the scale.

Is this your first season supporting Sunderland?

Goon

Some of the threads on this board since Sunday have been ATROCIOUS.
Yes - it was a truly terrible display against a poor team but Jesus Christ, get things in perspective.
