They sold a package to a mate for the Banks of wear lounge, really expensive for the mags game. Day of game he contacted me and asked where he needed to go and what time to arrive. The corporate sales woman hadn’t even told him what entrance to use, when to get there or where to go; just took his moneyThey are proper embarrassing for high level service. I went to one of the gigs and got a proper vip package and the service from start to finish was crap. Felt proper low end
She’s not mine. Won’t embarrass them with their names on here but looking to raise a formal complaint about the level of service. That's her. Normally get a same day reply. Day after at the latest
Yeh i compared it to other corporate and it was just bottom of the barrel. Glad they are pumping money into it but the staff at the club always give me council vibesThey sold a package to a mate for the Banks of wear lounge, really expensive for the mags game. How much was it last year?I’ve had a season ticket for 38 years. Last 4 seasons I’ve been lucky enough to have a seat in one of the boxes, I pay it myself and don’t have a company to write it off into. It’s gone from £2400 per season (L1) to next season £5k.
Totally understand the increase and we want the club to be successful. I can’t however afford the £5k and to be honest the service/food is extremely average, it’s not worth the money as an individual really. We don’t even get a bottle of mineral water on the table included and drinks are separate. It’s also only going to keep going up as long as we are in the prem.
So I asked our account manager if I can swap to a GA seat; was told I’d have to just join the waiting list. I complained and said it’s not fair or reasonable for somebody with 38yrs consecutive season ticket to go to the back of the waiting list. Her responce……send an email to ask/safc.com. I was shocked at this, unprofessional and the person involved shouldn’t have any position handling customers.
I reckon I’ve put in £13k last 4 seasons when there have been boxes empty and the club desperate for corporate clients.
It’s left me feeling really upset but mainly angry at how they have handled it and treated loyal fans. Never expected it from Sunderland to be honest.
I’ve been told now they are “looking into it” but right now after 51 seasons since my first game, I have no idea if I will have a ticket next year! And you know if I get screwed over, I would never go back ever

What so you mean by safe seat?Is this the new BCB? All the premium stuff sells out now... let me feel safer on my own. Will probably be checking out the 76 yards. Not fussed about food. Just prefer a more safe seat when I'm solo.
It does seem INSANE that everything has been changed on the t&Cs of his original ticket, not least of all the massive price hike and if he wants to renew but at a lower level he has to go to the back of the queue. That is awful.
I stopped going a few years ago properly but my son has just got into it so take him to the odd game.
Just somewhere I feel saferThat is awful.

Theyd be better off on linkedin if they want to get bruces attentionIt does seem INSANE that everything has been changed on the t&Cs of his original ticket, not least of all the massive price hike and if he wants to renew but at a lower level he has to go to the back of the queue.
Someone should take to twitter... worked for the wheelchair access seats
Just somewhere I feel safergenerally do feel super safe with MLFs but when you have a safer option available as a lone woman it tends to pay dividends to pick that.
I think the Twitter route is not so much about getting one person's attention as much as loads of people's attention to bring about one person's action.Theyd be better off on linkedin if they want to get bruces attention
The other side of the coin is I may have considered upgrading to premium for a season but no way will do it now if after a season you are thrown out on your arse. Very short sighted of those in charge. You all need to push them on this big time its shamefulBit late to this one as have been away. Previously BCB (£725 2025/25 season), then forced to go to FB last season (£1000). Now £1435 which I can't afford and quite frankly isn't worth it if the ticket part of the package is only £750 or so (seats arent great, get effing soaked when it rains). Told by our AM that "its the back of the queue for you sonny" and conflicting advice from the Ticket Office. I'm just waiting for someone to tell me there's been a big mistake and of course a longstanding season ticket holder can downgrade without joing the queue with the "Johnny come latelys" but not confident. I don't consider myself a corporate fan, I'm just someone who is happy to pay a few quid more for a guaranteed seat/pint & reasonable access to toilets.

They need to remember who they relied on when we were crap. Pathetic behaviour.Bit late to this one as have been away. This is a really good point. If someone had say, a big birthday coming up and wanted to upgrade for a season, they'd now be dissuaded from doing this if they'd be "trapped in corporate" for future seasons. The other side of the coin is I may have considered upgrading to premium for a season but no way will do it now if after a season you are thrown out on your arse.
