Your three to go down right now.

Had a look at spurs forum. They seem more concerned about Arsenal winning the league and CL than themselves. Very dangerous. Few of them reckon 3 wins will make them safe, which imo won’t.

What part of my post do you take issue with .
This will be the tightest battle at the bottom with possibly a record points haul,to stay up .
I didn't say we would go down, only that we may need two more wins.
Did I say I was panicking no just stating a fact ,that 40 points may not be enough.
You think Leeds, Forest, Spurs and West Ham could ALL average more than a point per game realistically from here on out? West Ham AND Forest would need to win 4 from 9 games, Spurs would need 4 wins from 10, and they've won 2 league games since October.

If we went down from this position it would be the craziest twist of all time.

Still think 36 points will be enough to stay up.
If spurs dont win tomorrow then its between them, forest and west ham for me.
Leeds will be fine

We've past the point where the teams have a bit of a bounce and people think it will be lots of points to stay up. Revert to the mean and 37-38 points I think.

I fear for forest.

No I don't expect that ,all I was saying was it's possible, not that I expect it to happen.
Hardly an act orf cowardice 🙂

This 100%, and at least four fixtures are within that group, and when they play each other they can’t both win, but for anyone, even remotely worried, ease that pain at bet365, and get a tenner on at 250/1.

A point a game keeps you up - im sure when west ham went down with 40 pts there were 22 teams in the league- i may be wrong butb thats my memory of events

I was discussing with a mate at work, who's a Hammers fan, and we concluded that Forest and WHU have hit form and have the 'characters on the pitch' to make a difference.

As much as I would love the Spurs to go down, I somehow think that they're going to scrape by and stay up by the veritable skin of their teeth.

Tonight's game against Palace really is a crucible for them.

I can't be the only one who doesn't give a shiny shite who goes down as long as it's not us
I like the relegation battle - when we're not in it.

Here in aus, with the AFL, if your team doesn't look like making the top 8 (now the top ten), then there is literally nothing to play for. Makes it a very drab season for a supporter knowing there is nothing to play for.
