Season card - No Auto Renew

i'm not renewing till i get the original payment back either. the mrs is the same. the email reckons we'll get it back within 5 working days.
a mate had his refunded on friday before he even got the email but he paid on his credit card whereas we paid on a debit card if that makes any difference?

Just checked mine and the missus and ours is still
Active, we paid 690 in the east stand and think this is our third season of em. Looks like my over 65 in-laws are the only ones in scope

, I apologise.
I’m one of the affected ones and had already sent off my renewal with the direct debit mandate completed on the day the renewals went live and prior to their email coming out on Friday.
The mandate hasn’t landed in my bank yet so I’m presuming that I’ve got to repeat the whole process again on Monday after 5pm ? Including a new DD mandate ?
Sorry if I appear thick with this !

we were all £661.50 in block u4.

I get the impression all the tickets in there are the same price for everyone now looking at posts on here.
Apparently there is a waiting list in there now too 🤷‍♂️
I'm really pleased its a small increase, can't grumble about that at all, still a few quid though for what you get..

does your email say you've got to make out a new mandate, i wonder if we might have got emails with different wording? we paid in full so waiting for the refund whereas no dd payments will have come out yet i'd have thought unless there was a deposit as a first payment?
it's not really very good pr from the club.

Looks like it’s the generic one that everyone got. No mention of anything regarding the DD in it.
Might call into the ticket office tomorrow after work and see what the crack is with it.
Like you say it’s poor form from the club.
They could’ve stuck some FAQ’s up on the website !

Unfortunately, it's exactly the level of service I expect
 
Just went to renew and couldn’t see it anywhere but is it possible to move seats yet? I know it’ll be slim pickings and I don’t want to wait too long in case I lose mine
